2018 New Year New You Challenge!

We're excited to help you start 2018 off on the right foot and we appreciate you allowing us to help you out with it.

You've got some serious options for training...

To give you the best variety possible and the best coaching in the city, you'll have access to the following classes....

Fitness, StarkeFit (our version of Bootcamp but better), kettlebell, powerlifting, yoga and if you've had previous experience with CrossFit you're welcome to do the CrossFit, weightlifting & powerlifting classes as well.

You'll be coached from start to finish in all of our coach led classes so you'll never feel alone or like you don't know what you're doing. All you need to do is show up and do the best you can every time you come. We'll take care of the rest.

The official start date of the New Year New You six-week challenge will be at 11 am on Saturday, January 6th

11am-12: 00 pm We will start with photos, weigh-ins, and measurements.
12:00 pm The group will hit the noon class and tear it up together
1:15 pm Nutrition seminar and strategic planning for the six weeks.

After this intro session athletes will be able to start signing into classes for the following six weeks based on what times work for them.

Pass details

  • 60 visits
  • Unused visits expire after 6 weeks

Can be used for
